Kyong-Tak + Soohyun

Businesses are built on hard work, talent and marketing, sure but ] far more important they are built on referrals. I would guess if asked any photographer, they would say their business was built on referrals. Whether from your friends/family or from amazing clients that tell their friends/family.

In this case, I was referred to Kyong-Tak and Soohyun for their engagement photos by Janet, a woman I used to baby-sit for (her kids are in high school & college and I feel old now!). I am so thankful for her because I had such an amazing time with these two. Between laughter and stolen moments, these are some of my favorite photos I've captured. They had so many great ideas but also gave me so much freedom to create magic. Here is a sneak peak of our day together and wishing them the best on their upcoming wedding is South Korea!

Zachary + Lauren

July 28th, 2015

I have known Zachary since I was little, our parents attended the same church and I was in the same kindergarten with his little brother. After many years we reconnected and I met his lovely, now wife, Lauren. When they asked me about being their wedding photographer I was super excited but it wasn't until they told me where they wanted to shoot their engagement photos I was ecstatic! They decided to recreate their first date which was donuts at Dom's Bakeries and stroll at Gallop Park butterfly garden. I am so excited seeing these photos again and love with these two. Stay tuned for a post of their wedding!
